Great time at a packed Cameo Gallery in Brooklyn on Saturday – thanks to all who came out!

And now, just announced, Ikebe opening for Lee Fields & The Expressions at The Bowery Ballroom! Feb 15th. This one is not-to-be-missed.

And after that, a longer more intimate set at Barbes on Feb 21st as a sendoff to the start of a string of shows throughout the Northeast US and Canada. More dates tba soon.

Meanwhile, keep your eyes out for a new 45 in a few weeks (release date tba soon)! Album to follow.

We’re finalizing a brand new set of hard-hitting tunes for our next album, due out in early 2013! We’re starting to plan a tour too – stay tuned for announcements of where we’ll be playing!

We’re working on tunes for our new album! Meanwhile, we’ve got 2 Brooklyn shows coming up that we’re excited about: Sept 9th as part of the TASTE festival showcasing restaurants in Williamsburg & Greenpoint, and on Sept 18th at Zebulon with Osekre and The Lucky Bastards, The Forthrights, Tunde Adebimpe (of TV on the Radio) and more – should be fun!

This Just in – we’ll be playing tonight, July 10th, at Brooklyn Bowl! We go on at 10pm. $5, or free before 7pm (and we do recommend eating there, great soul food). It looks to be a little while before our next show in NYC, so come on out and join us as we break our summer studio silence!
